Chance Eaton is a Management Consultant for Big Sky Way Leadership College. In 2009, Chance created Big Sky Way to accommodate a growing International education, consulting, and performance coaching clientele.  

He has continued to nurture the organization into a cutting edge small & medium size business consulting company. Big Sky Way clients come from a variety of industries: finance/insurance, banking, state government, data collection/call center, associations, social services, restaurant, steel & lumber fabrication, interior fabrication/install, medical, agriculture, mental health, non-profit, and education.

Dr. Eaton's roots are in agriculture, where he worked with his family's farm into his early 20's. Of curious mind and nature, he left the farm to learn about his context. These travels led him around the world attaining a variety of work experience and education. These work experiences include:
